Estimate Inspecto inspection fees for standard residential properties, larger homes and hourly property types before you request an inspection.
Upfront payment is the discounted option. The inspection fee is payable after the inspection and before certificates or reports are released.
Payment on transfer is only available for sold property-transfer matters. It uses the higher fee and requires a written undertaking from the transferring attorney before inspections can be scheduled.
Please note: if only one inspection is required, the R740 minimum call-out applies and payment on transfer is not available for that single inspection.
